Visited N. Fontana location this evening. 07/06/26. I don’t visit too often but i will going forward. The store was clean and organized. Juan and staff were friendly, approachable, and helpful. Thank you, Juan.

After reading other reviews, I want to say that the discrimination at this location really does seem serious. I’m a local resident and live nearby. Sometimes I do part-time Instacart shopping. On a few occasions, when customers didn’t provide a rewards number, I used my own phone number to collect points. I understand that may not be allowed, and if any employee had simply told me not to do it, I would have stopped immediately. Instead, nobody spoke to me at all. They chose to report me directly to Instacart and removed all the points from my account without even talking to me first. The frustrating part is that my family and I are actual Sprouts customers who shop here regularly. Most of those points came from our family’s real purchases, not Instacart orders. What disappointed me most was the way this situation was handled. Based on both my experience and many other reviews here, certain employees at this location seem to treat people differently depending on who they are. Management seriously needs to improve customer service and how employees communicate with customers and shoppers.

The store itself is fine, but one older male employee who frequently works near the self-checkout area really needs to improve his attitude. He often comes across as impatient and rude to customers, which makes the experience unpleasant. After reading other reviews, it also seems this is not the first time people have felt he was being racist or treating others differently. A little kindness and professionalism would go a long way..

This sprouts is the BEST! The staff is so kind, especially Gloria who always helps my boyfriend and I with our curbside pickup. Anytime there is an unavailable item, she always chooses the next best available option. Give this woman a raise!

Very nice staff always stocked well and a very clean environment. it is located in a good location. There are 3 points of access from Baseline Road while traveling westbound or when traveling eastbound there are two points of access. There is a lot to offer in this Shopping Center. It is a very clean and well kept shopping center with a lot of other things to choose from

Blame it on the hormones, but I desperately needed some dark chocolate. Lucky for me, Sprouts had plenty of options. I went with Theo and Alter Eco—both are worth a try, but Theo was definitely the winner for me. Also, shoutout to this Sprouts location—clean aisles, friendly-ish staff, and pretty solid sales. It’s my go-to.

I’ve only been to two Sprouts in recent Cali visits. (as I initially write this) Appreciate this is not an “organic only” as it was initially described to me - “It’s where they sell, like, all organic stuff.” There is plenty of bulk foods, organic and non-organic produce, healthy meat selections of choice… I’ve mostly popped in for a few produce items & some bulk snacks - granola & nuts. Friendly staff and very helpful. They provide information with a genuine desire to ensure your questions are answered, issue is resolved, and that you walk out with a positive experience!
